I am dedicated to teaching a child as much as possible during each class. Our classrooms are an open and friendly setting that allow students to contribute. These are our class rules, tardy policy, and my chain of consequences for breaking a rule. However, there are MANY various rewards to following the rules!
 
RULES
1. Arrive to class on time.
2. Raise your hand to be recognized.
3. Be prepared for class.
4. Stay in your seat.
5. Don't bug your neighbor

1st warning
2nd warning
3rd phone call home
4th morning detention
5th conference requested with parents, teachers, student, and administrator
6th referral
7th and more - referrals
 
Chain of Consquences

#1 Verbal Warning

#2 Phone Call home 

#3 Detention if no show, call home and reassign

#4 Action Plan

#5 Referral

IF ANY OF THESE ARE NOT FOLLOWED THROUGH, PARENT/GUARDIAN WILL BE CALLED.

 

IF THERE ARE ANY SERIOUS BEHAVIOR PROBLEMS A REFERRAL WILL IMMEDIATELY BE ISSUED AND PARENT/GURADIAN WILL BE NOTIFIED.

 

IF THERE IS INDICATION THAT A LAW MAY HAVE BEEN BROKEN OR PERSONAL HARM HAS BEEN OR MAY BE CAUSED, STUDENT WILL BE REFERRED TO PROPER AUTHORITIES.

 

REMEMBER that if we all follow the rules, there will be many REWARDS!
